Dictation Options:

Telephone Dictation
Using any touch-tone telephone, you may dictate 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Each user gets a four-digit physician identification number (ID). You simply call the assigned dictation numbers. After being prompted for your personal ID, you begin dictation. The audio is captured on our central-voice server. All features available on any hospital dictation system are available on docQmed’s access line such as fast forward, rewind, pause, and more.

Digital Hand Held Recorders
These digital portable recorders allow for capture and storage of digital voice files. These portable recorders allow for download and transmission of mission-critical patient information to our personnel. Voice files are transmitted in a DSS format to our transcription staff.

Hospital Dictation Systems
Our transcription personnel may access your voice dictation from your legacy hospital-based dictation system from their remote locations.
