Many national and local transcription services will not type into your hospital transcription software. We are more than happy to type directly into hospital transcription systems with a team of qualified medical transcriptionists that will become as familiar with your work style and production efforts as if they were hand-picked by you to work on site. We will furnish only qualified MTs. docQmed LLC uses a private communications network to communicate confidentially over a publicly accessible network. Many national and local MT organizations will not type into your hospital transcription software because usually they learn one system and any variation of systems would decrease their productivity. docQmed LLC however, has many transcriptionists who are already familiar with your specific software. In this situation the team approach becomes so successful and rewarding for both client and transcriptionist. We are more than happy to type directly into hospital transcription systems. We work with the various hospital IS departments to enable secure virtual private network (VPN) connections onto the hospital network for access to your current transcription module.

Clear communication regarding line or character production is obvious to the Hospital HIM Department, as well as our MT’s. Turn-around-time (TAT) is greatly enhanced due to direct typing in your system. You will enjoy immediate availability for your medical staff to view and print patient reports, upon completion at your convenience.

docQmed LLC works very hard to establish clear daily communications with your HIM Department. We will establish a “point of contact” to monitor daily backlog and production from our MT staff. This daily communication allows us to staff the account according to your daily needs and special emphasis that may be required. Your HIM or Radiology Department’s will be able to contact our staff, seven days a week.

docQmed LLC establishes a unique team for each account. The teams take “ownership” for your account. Team captains maintain coverage through calendars that are accessible by our staff and you so that you always know who will be transcribing at any hour of the day or night. We work with you to insure our very best manpower to address your coverage needs.

Our MT staff is comprised of only experienced “domestic” medical transcriptionists. We work very hard to identify those workers who possess acute-care experience and who can demonstrate they can work on their assigned team and meet the team objectives established by your account. These objectives are clearly communicated to each team. Our teams will be responsive to your special needs for peaks, spikes in volume, and JCAHO visits. Volume expectations are established with our MT staff that allows us to consistently type within your required TAT’s. Many of our health-care customers develop strong working relationships with our MT’s assigned to their accounts. We promote verbal phone communications with our respective personnel. This allows our docQmed LLC personnel to better understand and communicate direction to the rest of the account team.

Unlike large MT organizations, you will be afforded direct communications with docQmed LLC owners and managers. We are accessible by phone or in person.
