docQmed will utilize various programs and software to transcribe your audio. docQmed’s main source for transcription is our Audioworxs Audio Management System. The Import Manager recognizes ADPCM, PCM, DDS, DS2, AIF, MP3, WMA, OGA and SPX audio files and any other formats supported by Windows’ Audio Compression Manager. For our healthcare clients, all document delivery will follow Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) guidelines for patient information security. We hire only experienced transcription personnel. We follow your transcription formats and templates. Document Delivery Options
One of the most frequent methods that docQmed utilizes to provide customers with completed transcripts is through our secure FTP site. The customers are given access to the site and can retrieve transcription at their convenience. docQmed will also store documents on the customer’s secure FTP site. Transcription can be delivered via encrypted email or any method the customer decides is most productive for them and their staff.
